| The Room is 11 by 15 and has its own restroom. Comes with wifi, also a giant in ground pool in a large backyard, two dining rooms, and two living areas. I am in a quiet older neighborhood with great neighbors.
I am located 5 minutes from the north east SAC campus, and about 7 minutes from the Forum shopping center.
Looking for students preferably, but am open to any serius inqures.
The pictures below are of the house and the room, the dresser that is in the room goes with the room if you need it, also (not in the picture) I can provide a queen size bed.
All utilities are paid for by me so that is one less thing for you to worry about.
